Parminder Kaur, our founder, is a tech enthusiast and visionary who focuses on new ways of working and building adaptable operating models using the latest technology to deliver efficiency in the London insurance market. This experience of working in the market has brought various challenges into sharp focus and limitations faced by individuals operating in the insurance market. The constraints include inadequate technology, talent, and lack of streamlined processes, resulting in higher acquisition costs.
The COVID-19 pandemic has further exposed vulnerabilities in our traditional interactions, prompting the insurance industry to embrace digital connectivity rapidly. It has challenged our reliance on physical interactions and led to a shift in beliefs and behaviours, with individuals and businesses recognizing the benefits of flexible working and demanding more from employers and partners.
Our main goal is for insurance businesses to utilize technology to enable effective, agile, and efficient working within an Innovative Virtual Office ("INVOFF"). We believe that by embracing technology and leveraging its potential, we can revolutionize how insurance professionals operate, leading to improved outcomes for all stakeholders involved.

In an industry where expense ratios are as high as 40%, it impacts the ability to provide relevant, accessible, and affordable insurance to the global market. Efficiency is needed to increase the relevance of the London Market globally.
